It's Fireside Friday and here are some cool tips on... GETTING FIT!
Tip 1: DO IT FOR A GOOD CAUSE!
The Fireside Fridays duo will be taking this SPARTAN FIT for a CAUSE CHALLENGE for the next 30 days to raise money for our organization, Teen Cancer America. For the next month we will take on every day's challenge with a series of... *dun dun DUN* EXTENSIVE and DIFFICULT EXERCISES (which happen to be one of Alec's favorite activities and one of Lily's worst enemies).
